Kelvin Standifer Jr.
Managing Consultant - Transmission & Distribution and Drones Services
Kelvin Standifer, Jr. is a Journeyman Lineman Crew Leader and utility operations consultant with nearly 20 years of hands-on electric distribution experience. Throughout his career, he has progressed from completing his lineman apprenticeship, to overseeing and managing distribution crews, to most recently serving as a contractor coordinator.
Building on that field and project-management background, Kelvin is also an FAA Part 107-certified sUAS pilot. He founded Your 360 Perfect View, a drone services company that brings infrastructure-first expertise — rather than a generalist approach — to aerial inspection, thermal imaging, and documentation for municipalities and utilities.
Kelvin consults in two closely connected areas: distribution powerline operations (crew leadership, contractor oversight, reconductor and new-construction projects) and sUAS program development for utilities (from equipment and workflow evaluation through operational deployment), helping utility and municipal clients apply drone technology in ways grounded in real linework practice.
Kelvin’s passion is helping others find practical solutions in the field — making the workforce safer, more reliable, and more cost-efficient.
